Services.

  • Initial Assessment

It all begins somewhere. And therapy is no different. The therapeutic journey starts with an initial assessment which can sometimes feel a little untherapeutic (I aim for this not to be the case). My job in this session is to gather all relevant background information to create a big picture of where we are headed for therapy and start to assemble a collaborative road map.

Your one and only job is to figure out if we are a good fit e.g. do we vibe, am I someone you can see yourself working with? Is what I have to offer going to work for you?

  • Couple Therapy

Sometimes people do not know what to expect when starting couple therapy and tend to be on edge as it can be a new and scary experience with a lot weighing on it. I am here to hopefully make your journey as simple as possible.

When I work with couples, the couple is the client - meaning there are no secrets between the 3 of us, everything is on the table, and this helps to keep the therapeutic relationship intact and therapy as neutral as possible so that we can achieve the best outcomes collaboratively.

  • Individual Therapy

The initial assessment lays the foundations for therapy which is then tailored to your individual needs and aims to support you in addressing these and creating the life you want to have.

I work with adults and adolescents.

  • Sex Therapy

I am trained in evidence-based practice for working specifically with sexual issues. I see both couples and individuals with these difficulties. I am contracted by Sex Therapy New Zealand for this work.

  • Commitment to Diversity and Inclusion

As a psychologist practicing in Aotearoa New Zealand, I am committed to creating a safe, inclusive, and respectful space for all individuals. I recognize and honor the rich diversity of the communities I serve, including people of all cultures, ethnicities, gender identities, sexual orientations, ages, abilities, and beliefs.

My goal is to support your well-being in a manner that affirms your identity and lived experiences. Everyone’s journey is different, and I am dedicated to walking alongside you with empathy, openness, and professional care.

  • Obligation to Te Tiriti O waitangi

Being tangata whenua and working within Aotearoa New Zealand as a registered health professional I believe it is important that I acknowledge the unique status of tangata whenua and uphold the principles of Te Tiriti o Waitangi in my practice. I strive to work in culturally responsive ways that respect Māori values, worldviews, and experiences.

  • Signature Therapeutic Intensives

Deep, focused therapy designed to create meaningful change.

Some challenges deserve more than a 85-minute session.

Therapeutic Intensives provide dedicated time to step away from the demands of everyday life and fully focus on what matters most. Whether you're navigating relationship conflict, feeling disconnected from yourself or your partner, facing a significant life decision, or wanting to strengthen intimacy, an intensive creates the space to make substantial progress in a focused and supportive environment.

Rather than spreading therapy across months, an intensive allows us to work deeply and intentionally, uncovering the patterns that keep you feeling stuck while developing practical skills that create lasting change.

My approach integrates the Developmental Model of Couples Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and evidence-based relationship and sex therapy. Together, we'll explore not only what is happening, but why it continues—and how you can respond in ways that are more authentic, flexible, and aligned with the life and relationships you want.

Throughout the intensive, you'll gain a deeper understanding of yourself and your relationships while developing practical strategies to navigate challenges with greater confidence and clarity.

Therapeutic Intensives can support you to:

    • Break recurring conflict patterns

    • Strengthen emotional and physical intimacy

    • Improve communication and repair after conflict

    • Navigate major relationship or life decisions

    • Rebuild trust following betrayal or relationship injury

    • Understand recurring relational patterns

    • Develop greater emotional resilience and psychological flexibility

    • Create a clear pathway forward that aligns with your values

Every intensive is individually designed around your goals. Rather than following a standard programme, each experience is tailored to your unique circumstances, ensuring our time together is purposeful, collaborative, and relevant to what matters most to you.

Sessions are typically offered as half-day (4 hours) or full-day (7 hours) intensives, with planned breaks throughout. Prior to meeting, you'll complete a comprehensive assessment so we can make the most of our time together. Following your intensive, you'll receive a personalised summary with key insights, recommendations, and practical next steps to support ongoing growth.

For many people, an intensive offers the opportunity to achieve in a day what might otherwise take months of weekly therapy—providing clarity, momentum, and a renewed sense of direction.

  • The Clarity Workshop

    The Clarity Workshop

Finding your way through life's "Do I, Don't I?" decisions

Some decisions can't be solved by making another pros and cons list.

Whether you're questioning a relationship, considering a career change, wondering if you should stay or leave, or feeling caught between two difficult choices, uncertainty can leave you feeling exhausted, stuck, and disconnected from what truly matters.

This immersive 3-hour workshop is designed to help you move beyond overthinking and towards clarity. Drawing on Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), you'll learn why the mind gets caught in indecision, how to untangle yourself from unhelpful thought patterns, and how to make decisions that are guided by your values rather than fear, self-doubt, or the need for certainty.

Together we'll explore practical, evidence-based tools to help you navigate life's difficult crossroads with greater confidence, self-trust, and psychological flexibility.

    You'll leave with:

    • A deeper understanding of what's keeping you stuck

    • Practical ACT tools to manage uncertainty and self-doubt

    • Greater clarity around your values and priorities

    • A personalised framework for making difficult decisions

    • Increased confidence in moving forward, even when the path isn't perfectly clear

Perfect for anyone facing a significant life, relationship, or career decision who wants to stop spinning in circles and start moving towards a life that feels authentic and meaningful.

  • Unfold & Align Workshop

A 3-hour workshop exploring your sexual values, identity, and authentic expression.

Sexuality is about so much more than what you do—it's about understanding who you are, what matters to you, and how you want to experience connection, pleasure, and intimacy.

Many of us inherit beliefs, expectations, and messages about sex that shape how we think, feel, and behave without ever consciously choosing them. Over time, these stories can leave us feeling disconnected from ourselves, uncertain about our desires, or unsure how to communicate what we truly want.

Unfold & Align is an immersive 3-hour workshop that invites you to explore your sexual values, identity, and authentic self in a safe, inclusive, and judgment-free environment. Drawing on evidence-based sex therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and relationship psychology, you'll gain greater insight into the experiences that have shaped you while developing the confidence to live in closer alignment with your values.

This workshop is about curiosity rather than labels, awareness rather than judgement, and creating space for your sexuality to evolve in a way that feels authentic to you.

    You'll leave with:

    • A deeper understanding of your unique sexual values and identity

    • Greater awareness of the beliefs and experiences that have shaped your sexuality

    • Practical tools to navigate shame, self-criticism, and uncertainty with compassion

    • Increased confidence in communicating your needs, desires, and boundaries

    • A personalised values guide to help you make choices that support authentic intimacy and wellbeing

Whether you're single, partnered, questioning, rediscovering yourself, or simply curious to deepen your understanding, Unfold & Align offers the opportunity to reconnect with yourself and build a more intentional relationship with your sexuality.
